If the main objectives of the AUB Alumni Association Mount- Lebanon Branch are to establish and maintain a network between the graduates of AUB and to keep the alumnus well informed about the latest developments of his alma mater, then the publication Committee is in the heart of the activities that can make these objectives achievable.

The publication Committee through its dedicated and professional team is publishing Al Jabal, a quarterly newsletter incorporating a well-balanced content covering the activities of the Alumni and the Alumnus community as well as the news of the AUB. Al Jabal, which could be accessed from this website, includes interviews with prominent and successful AUB graduated as well as interviews with high AUB officials highlighting major events that are of interest to both the AUB and the Alumni community. Al Jabal, also covers social as well as business-related events such as news about major career developments of the AUB graduates and announcements of job opportunities etc.

In order to achieve even a more convenient and a broader access to such type of information, the publication Committee has launched this Website for the mount-Lebanon Branch. This Website will be providing up-to-date information of the events undertaken by Mount-Lebanon Branch in addition to features such as forum for discussions, voting on certain topics, job opportunities and many others. We hope that this Website will enable us to meet through communication rather than communicate through meetings. Not to undermine meetings, but when the time does not allow for it the website may supplant.

The Publication Committee, would like to thank the energetic committees of the mount-Lebanon Branch and specially the president of the Branch Mr. Samir Abou Samra, who through their vigorous and countless activities are flooding us with interesting material and making our job much easier.
